Team Manager — Sports Team Management App

Team Expense Tracker for Sports Teams

Who paid, who owes whom — match fees and shared costs settled fairly, without a spreadsheet.

Every team's least favorite job: the money. Match fees, umpires, transport, food — logged in five places and argued over in a third. Team Manager's expense tracker works Splitwise-style but made for sports: expenses tied to matches, guest players weighted fairly, and settlements suggested so you know exactly who pays whom.

Members see their own balance and what they share in; managers see the full picture — balances, suggested transactions, and an option to simplify debts so three small payments become one.

Example: a ₹500 match fee goes on the ledger for the 11 players who were in (two mates guesting ride on a regular player's share). The manager records who's paid as transfers land — the team's Finances tab shows every member's running balance, and at season end one suggested settlement closes the remaining gaps in a single payment each.

How it works — three steps

  1. 1

    Log the expense

Match-linked or team-level — amount, reason, and who paid; the split is computed for you.

  2. 2

    Settle up

Suggested transactions show the minimum set of payments to clear all balances.

  3. 3

    Track it live

Payments update balances instantly for the whole team — no chasing, no screenshots.
