Team Manager — Sports Team Management App
Team Match Scheduler
Fixtures with opponent, venue and fee — and an availability board that fills itself.
Scheduling is the heartbeat of a sports team: pick a date, line up the opponent, make sure the venue and fee are known, and get a headcount before match day. A group thread dies doing this once a week. Team Manager's match scheduler does it once, then keeps everyone pointed at the same source of truth.
Each match carries its own record: opponent, kickoff, location, total fee, and a live availability board. Past matches get locked automatically so results and history can't be rewritten, and cancelled fixtures stay visible instead of vanishing.
How it works — three steps
- 1
Create the fixture
Opponent, date, venue, total fee — the match appears for the whole team instantly.
- 2
Collect availability
Players mark Available, Tentative (with a confirm-by deadline), or Out — counts update live.
- 3
Match day
Guests slot into the roster; past fixtures lock themselves; the ledger and MVP vote follow the match.

FAQ
- How do I schedule a team match?
- Create the fixture with opponent, date, venue and fee — team members see it immediately and respond with their availability.
- Can players be tentative?
- Yes — Tentative lets players mark 'probably' with a confirm-by date so managers know when to expect an answer.
- What happens when a match is cancelled?
- The match is marked Cancelled and stays in the team's history — availability and expenses attached to it are preserved.
- Do past matches lock?
- Yes — once kickoff time passes, match data is locked so results and history can't be edited later.
